Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date the order is delivered. After this period, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

How do I make a return?

• Contact us via email at [email protected] or on Instagram at @aura.siete to arrange the return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Items must be unused, with original tags, and in perfect condition.
• Once we receive and inspect the item(s), a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• If the return is due to a defect in the product, we will cover the shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

Customers may request an exchange within 15 days from the date the order is delivered. After this period, exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances.
