RETURNS

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date the order is delivered. After this period, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

How do I make a return?

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items must be unused, with original tags, and in perfect condition.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item(s), a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • If the return is due to a defect in the product, we will cover the shipping costs.
